    This privacy policy explains which personal data La Casa Ranya processes when you use our website, contact us or ask a question about a stay in Morocco.

    1. Who is responsible?

    • La Casa Ranya is a platform of OxVillage. OxVillage is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website.
    • OxVillage, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 989119687, Keurenplein 41, 1069 CD Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

    2. What data do we process?

    • Contact details you share with us yourself, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and the content of your message.
    • Enquiry details about a stay, such as the selected stay, preferred dates, number of guests, destination and preferences.
    • Your email address when you sign up for updates on new stays.
    • Aggregated website data, such as page views, device and browser information, referring page and approximate location.

    3. What do we use this data for?

    • To answer your question or stay request and to prepare or provide the requested service.
    • To follow up on partner or host enquiries and assess whether a collaboration is a good fit.
    • To send updates on new stays if you have signed up for them. You can withdraw your consent via info@lacasaranya.com.
    • To improve the website using privacy-friendly analytics.

    4. Who do we share data with?

    • Vercel for hosting and Web Analytics.
    • Supabase for public stay data, media and technical infrastructure.
    • WhatsApp and Meta when you contact us via WhatsApp yourself.
    • We do not sell personal data, do not create advertising profiles and do not use tracking pixels.

    5. How long do we keep data?

    • We keep contact details and WhatsApp conversations for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless longer retention is needed for agreements or a dispute.
    • We keep email addresses for updates until you unsubscribe.
    • We keep aggregated website data only as long as needed to understand how the website is used and how it performs.

    6. Cookies and analytics

    • La Casa Ranya does not use marketing cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
    • We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the website is used. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and works with aggregated statistics.
    • As long as we do not use tracking or marketing tools, we do not show a cookie banner. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

    7. Your rights

    • You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data.
    • You can request restriction of processing, object to processing or request portability of your data.
    • Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
    • Send your request to info@lacasaranya.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
